Welcome to Kubrra! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kubrra app and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Introduction

Kubrra is a travel assistance application designed to enhance your travel experience by pre-booking essential services, activities, and amenities at your destination. We facilitate a seamless journey by ensuring that everything is ready upon your arrival.

2. Services Offered

2.1 Pre-Book Essentials

You can make reservations and payments for various local services and activities in advance through our platform. This includes accommodations, transportation, dining, tours, and more.

2.2 Access Local Discounts

Kubrra provides access to exclusive discounts from local businesses. Upon selecting your desired services, our local resident will assist you in obtaining these discounts for a fixed agreed fee.

3. Payment Terms and services

3.1 Non-Refundable Payments

most of payments made through Kubrra are nonrefundable once processed . This policy is due to the nature of our business model, which involves making advance orders with third-party providers who do not offer refunds.


3.2 Beach and gym access:

Must be booked in advance and is non-refundable because we purchase it at a discounted rate from a third-party provider.


3.3 Transportation tickets:

Must be ordered in advance, and are partially refundable based on the time of cancellation and the amount deducted from the provider.


3.4 Event tickets :

must be ordered in advance, and while we will try to get the best discounts possible, most events are not discounted. Payments are non-refundable unless the provider allows refunds within a certain time frame.


3.5 Restaurant discounts:

Must be ordered in advance and are non-refundable because we purchase them at discounted rates from a third-party provider.


3.6 Restaurant booking service:

order in advance from our app and pay our service fee. Once paid, please email us the restaurant list, number of people, date/time, and any special requests. We contact the restaurant and schedule your reservation. If there is no availability, we will refund the booking fees.


3.7 Access local discount:

this service is ordered on the app by paying a booking fee; it is refundable within 24 hours of arrival or if the requested shops are not among our discounted stores. When ordering this service, please email us the shops you intend to visit, along with their locations and planned visit times. Once received, we will check our store list and confirm availability. if no availability a refund is issued.

3.2 Service Fees

The fees for our local agents’ services may be based on a percentage of the total cost or fixed fees depending on the specific service required. These fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of any service.

 

4. User Responsibilities
By using Kubrra’s Services, you agree to:

Ensure that you possess valid identification, and any necessary documentation required for travel. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.

Kubrra operates under the legal framework of the United Kingdom as well as the laws applicable in the destination country where services are provided. You are responsible for understanding and adhering to all relevant laws during your travels.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Kubrra acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We strive to provide reliable service; however, we cannot guarantee the quality or availability of services offered by these third parties.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kubrra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or any third-party services booked through our platform.

Kubrra provides its Services “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
